Garima Desai, Director
Garima Desai is a 2016 We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution alum from California. Garima holds two bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics from UC Santa Cruz and currently studies at Oxford University as a graduate student under the Rhodes Scholarship. She has obtained an MSc in Economics for Development. In addition to being a We the People student, Garima has also provided assistant coaching to her former school's We the People team and has judged both regional and state competitions. She has also given a keynote speech for the 2021 state competitions. She is excited to join the Board in the new Alumni Seat and strives to provide a new perspective to CCE's mission. In her free time, Garima learns Hindustani classical singing and vedic astrology.
